30-day return window
Request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess it. We will coordinate the appropriate return, replacement, or refund. The unused and original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent these claims.
Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping for company errors, damaged or defective goods, and incorrect items. You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount is automatically returned to your original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the credit to appear. Contact us if you need help checking an approved refund.
