Products and prices
Product pages list the available design, color, capacity, materials, dimensions, and care information. All prices are in USD. Check the current product page and checkout summary before authorizing payment. Product photographs can display colors differently depending on your screen.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment authorization, you confirm that you are permitted to use the payment method and authorize the displayed total for the purchase. Payment confirmation depends on the result of the payment transaction.
Orders
Submitting checkout information is a request to purchase. Order acceptance and fulfillment depend on the confirmed payment and order status. Contact us for questions about an order, a requested change, or cancellation so we can review its status and the options available.
Shipping and taxes
Standard shipping is free within the 50 US states and Washington, DC. US territories and military mailing addresses are excluded. We currently add no tax to checkout totals. Handling, transit estimates, cutoff times, and delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-calendar-day return window, return authorization requirements, cost responsibility, no restocking fee, and refunds within 10 calendar days after approval. Damaged, defective, and incorrect items are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind return conditions.
